Amazing experience. Ask for Sherri. I came in with twenty minutes to space prior to boarding and she gave me the royal treatment! Sherri didn't try to hard sell me on a new skin routine, which I loved. Instead, she asked me what I was using and what I liked about it; next, she went through skincare items that would compliment my established regimen - not replace it, which I was much more open to.
Also, I explained that I've had difficulty being color matched, but was interested in foundation. She did a full face for me, explaining not only what the items were and why she grabbed them - but was also teaching me on how to apply.
One of the best beauty experiences I've had in years. I always shop at Macy's and Sephora and have never had this kind attention and care. It's a shame that she's secluded in an airport location, but on the flip-side, I would have never had this stellar customer service experience.

Had a layover in Denver for a couple hours so checked out The Body Shop out of pure boredom. I literally had the best experience thanks to a girl working named Tonya. She was so friendly and went out of her way to help me out a lot. She really made me feel welcome, was very knowledgeable, gave me excellent service, and provided me with an overall positive memorable experience.
My first visit. Love the vegan, gluten free, noon animal tested products. Joined the rewards club and made my choices. Staff member pointed me to a package that was on sale. Same products, saved $14. Friendly and helpful.
The customer service was so amazing. I wasn’t pushed into buying anything and when I asked what I should do differently for my skin they recommended certain things that I ending up buying and after only one day my skin is already clearing up.
